Different coating variants are available for ISO03/Cetop3 and ISO05/Cetop5 type HD3 and HD5 standard solenoid valves, in order to protect them from corrosion:

 

ZT execution (only for HD3): protection body, the solenoid tube and coil are made of trivalent zinc

ZL execution (only for HD3): body painted with TEMADUR 40 (zinc paint), solenoid tube and coil with zinc protection (8-12micron)

ZK execution (for HD3 and HD5): body painted with TEMADUR 40 (zinc paint), solenoid tube and coil with zinc-nickel protection

Recommended mainly in applications on outdoor machines or indoor environments with aggressive atmospheres, special coatings can also be suitable in food and pharmaceutical industry machines, or wherever extreme cleanliness is required.
Such coatings are available with a small price difference compared to the standard version (for ISO03/Cetop3 difference +10/15%)
